1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms", or "T&Cs") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", or "You") and p9999 ("p9999", "We", "Us", or "Our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at p9999.one and any associated mobile applications or software (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, participating in a promotional offer, or otherwise accessing or using the Platform in any capacity, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by them. This Agreement governs all aspects of your relationship with p9999 as a player.

p9999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, p9999 will provide notice through the Platform. Your continued use of p9999 following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are supplemented by p9999's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms and Conditions, Sports Betting Rules, Casino Game Rules, and any applicable promotion-specific terms — all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and p9999.

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

2.1.1 The p9999 Platform is available exclusively to persons who are 21 years of age or older. This is an absolute condition of use. No exceptions apply regardless of jurisdiction, parental consent, or any other circumstance.

2.1.2 By registering an account, you unconditionally confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. p9999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time during your account lifecycle. Acceptable documents for Pakistani users include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) as issued by NADRA.

2.1.3 Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds within the account will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings generated will be voided and forfeited. p9999 may report underage gambling attempts to the relevant authorities.

2.2 Legal Capacity

2.2.1 You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be acting under any form of legal incapacity or disability that would render this Agreement unenforceable against you.

2.2.2 You confirm that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws of the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. It is solely your responsibility to determine the legal status of online gambling in your jurisdiction before using p9999. p9999 makes no representation regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.

2.3 One Account Per Person

2.3.1 Each natural person may hold only one active account on the p9999 Platform. Registering or operating more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, a family member's name, or through any other means — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration

3.1.1 To access p9999 services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address. You must keep this information current at all times.

3.1.2 Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms. p9999 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account where false information is detected, at any stage of the account lifecycle.

3.2 KYC Verification

3.2.1 All p9999 accounts are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification requirements. Pakistani players are required to submit a copy of their valid CNIC (both sides) and a proof of address before any withdrawals can be processed.

3.2.2 p9999 may request additional documentation at any time for ongoing compliance purposes, including but not limited to source of funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

3.3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your p9999 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose these credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

3.3.2 You must notify p9999 customer support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to your account. Until such notification is received, p9999 will treat all activity on your account as authorised by you.

4. Deposits and Account Funding

4.1 p9999 accepts deposits from Pakistani players via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer. Available deposit methods may vary and are displayed within the Deposit section of your account dashboard.

4.2 All p9999 accounts for Pakistani users operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and vary by payment method and account verification status.

4.3 Funds deposited into your p9999 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. p9999 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit detected as originating from a payment method not belonging to the account holder will be returned and may trigger an account review.

4.4 Balances held in your p9999 account do not accrue interest. p9999 holds player funds in accounts segregated from company operational funds, subject to our licensing obligations.

4.5 p9999 does not accept deposits for the purpose of money laundering or any other illegal financial activity. We maintain active Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Combating the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) procedures. Any account suspected of being used for such purposes will be immediately suspended and reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods registered in your own name and previously used or verified under your account. p9999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed within one hour for fully KYC-verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

5.3 p9999 reserves the right to impose withdrawal processing delays of up to 72 hours for security review purposes, particularly for new accounts, unusually large withdrawal requests, or accounts exhibiting unusual transaction patterns. Players will be notified where such a delay is applied.

5.4 Before processing any withdrawal, p9999 requires full KYC verification to be completed on the requesting account. Accounts with outstanding KYC documentation requests will have withdrawals placed on hold until documentation is satisfactorily provided and reviewed.

5.5 Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully completed before funds subject to those requirements can be withdrawn. The withdrawal of a deposit that is currently subject to a bonus will result in the forfeiture of the associated bonus and any winnings derived from it.

6.2 Wagering Requirements: Where a bonus carries a wagering requirement (e.g., 20x), you must wager the sum of the bonus amount multiplied by that factor before any funds may be withdrawn. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements — live casino games, slots, and sports bets may carry different contribution percentages as specified in the promotion terms.

6.3 One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while one is already active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.

6.4 p9999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been claimed and activated will honour the terms stated at the time of activation.

6.5 Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through the use of multiple accounts, the use of another player's identity, systematic play patterns designed to extract value from bonuses with minimal risk, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6.6 Golden Bank Loyalty Programme: Participation in the p9999 Golden Bank loyalty programme is subject to additional programme-specific terms. p9999 reserves the right to modify tier structures, point accumulation rates, and redemption values at any time with reasonable notice to active participants.

7. Sports Betting and Casino Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

7.1.1 All sports bets placed on p9999 — including cricket, football, tennis, and other available markets — are subject to the Rules of the relevant sport and p9999's specific market rules. These rules determine event outcomes, the calculation of winnings, and circumstances under which bets are voided.

7.1.2 p9999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an incorrect price due to a manifest error, technical fault, or feed error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account and the bet treated as void.

7.1.3 Bets placed on events that are subsequently found to have been subject to match-fixing, corruption, or manipulation will be voided. p9999 cooperates actively with relevant integrity organisations and sporting bodies in investigating suspicious betting activity.

7.1.4 Maximum payout limits apply to all sports betting markets and may vary by sport, market type, and stake level. The maximum payout per bet settlement is displayed within the relevant betting market. Where a single player's bet exceeds this limit, p9999 may reduce the stake or void the portion of the bet exceeding the limit.

7.2 Casino Games

7.2.1 All casino games on the p9999 Platform — including live dealer games and RNG-based digital games — operate in accordance with the rules specific to each game type. For RNG games, game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator and are independent of previous outcomes.

7.2.2 In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer or RNG game round, p9999 will attempt to complete the round using the last valid game state received. Where a round cannot be completed, the stake will be refunded. p9999 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

7.2.3 p9999 publishes verified Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles. RTP figures represent the statistical expected return over a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee outcomes for any individual session.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the p9999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account per person or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC processes.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using any automated system, bot, script, or software to interact with the Platform.

• Using a payment method that is not registered in your own name.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited and where you have deliberately misrepresented your location.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 p9999 is committed to responsible gaming. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and must not be used as a method of generating income or addressing financial difficulties. Players should only wager amounts they can afford to lose.

9.2 p9999 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, accessible from the Account Settings section of the Platform:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or automatic session cutoffs based on time played.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.2 p9999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether p9999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 p9999 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. p9999 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

10.4 p9999 is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, governmental actions, network failures, power outages, or any other force majeure event.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the p9999 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, and the overall appearance and layout of the Platform — is the property of p9999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. Any other use — including copying, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works, or commercially exploiting any part of the Platform — is expressly prohibited.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

12.1 The collection, use, and processing of your personal data by p9999 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

12.2 p9999 processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and improvement of our services. Personal data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

13.1 p9999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by regulatory or law enforcement authorities; (c) we have reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity associated with the account; or (d) the player's account is involved in any form of bonus abuse, collusion, or manipulation.

13.2 Upon account termination for cause, p9999 reserves the right to withhold any balances pending investigation. Balances related to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or illegal conduct will be forfeited. Balances representing legitimate deposits not subject to any investigation findings will be returned via the original deposit method after investigation is complete.

13.3 You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting p9999 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining eligible balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method within standard withdrawal processing timelines.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which p9999 holds its gaming licence. The specific governing jurisdiction is detailed in the Platform's licensing information section.

14.2 In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the p9999 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting p9999 customer support at [email protected]. p9999 will endeavour to respond to and resolve all legitimate complaints within 14 business days.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, it may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body as designated by p9999's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution process are available upon request from customer support.

14.4 You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not resolved by alternative dispute resolution, to the extent such submission is required or permitted by law.

15. Miscellaneous Provisions

15.1 Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. The remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

15.2 Waiver: The failure of p9999 to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement at any time shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing to be effective.

15.3 Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any applicable game or event-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and p9999 with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

15.4 Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this Agreement to any third party without p9999's prior written consent. p9999 may assign its rights under this Agreement to any successor entity, subsidiary, or acquirer.

15.5 Language: This Agreement is executed in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
